West Daphne Place

This is a single room with a shared bathroom and shared parking. There is a large closet with organizing shelves and sliding door. The apartment has a downstairs area with a living room and kitchen. It’s in a suburban neighborhood with grocery and shopping within walking distance. About a 15 min drive from CSUF and 10 minute drive to Fullerton College. The kitchen has a dishwasher and laundry washer and dryer. The apartment complex has a pool and workout room.

There are 4 roommates split between the two other bedrooms. Two are students and two are young adults who are working. We kind of keep to ourselves because everyone is busy with school and work but everyone is very friendly and will sometimes have hang out nights as a group.
