Walk to The Collection to Whole Foods and many restaurants, entertainment and shopping. 15 minutes to ocean, 30 to Ojai, 40 to Santa Barbara and 15 to Camarillo, 60 to Los Angeles. Room is located first floor of a 5 bedroom home. Very limited kitchen access.Laundry and internet included. We’ve some perfume and synthetic allergies in this home. So no perfumes, colognes, scented candles, incense are allowed. Thank you for understanding. No parking or storage available No pets No smoking (marijauna included) No drugs No overnight guests

Our ideal roommate is kind, clean and tidy and enjoys a quiet home. Is fully employed. Not someone who’s big on cooking as there’s very limited kitchen access.
