I have room available in my beautiful four bedroom home inside a resort community just minutes from Henderson hospital. It has 24 hour gated security on site parking pool exercise facility basketball court etc. my text number is please contact me if you have questions or interest. The rooms are fully furnished and high speed Internet, and all utilities are included. Rent is $1500 per month for the Master bedroom with en suite and $900 a month for the medium size room. My in-laws are living in caretakers. If you were wanting cleaning services, you can negotiate with them.

One roommate is a single dad who does have his son over once in a while. The son is a real cutie and super respectful. The other roommate is my father-in-law who acts like it live in caretaker.
