The “Why You’ll Love It” Deets: The Room: Fully loaded! You’ve got a bed, a ceiling fan, and plenty of drawer space. Plus, there’s a 42-inch TV already on the wall with Roku and Fire TV—perfect for your late-night binges.

The Yard: We’ve got a huge outdoor space. If you like sitting outside and enjoying the Georgia air, this is your spot.

The Location: We are minutes from the Uptown Boardwalk and the Riverfront. Need a grocery run? Walmart is literally a 4-minute drive. Alabama is just a skip away, too!

The “Keepin’ It Real” Part: I believe in no surprises! My home is a bit “old school” and cozy:

The Kitchen: No stove here, so it’s a great excuse to become an air-fryer master or enjoy the local Uptown eats.

The Climate: No central heat/air. I’ll keep it cool with the fans, but bring your favorite space heater to keep your room toasty in the winter!

Laundry: No washer/dryer on-site, but there are great laundromats nearby.

Personal Space: We’ll share the house and bathroom, but my office is my private “work zone.”

The Money Talk: Total Monthly: $673 ($525 rent + $148 for utilities).

I live alone. I am fairly quiet. I enjoy good music, and I am artistic. I play instruments and recite poetry. I am very respectful and will play or practice when the house is empty. I enjoy the outdoors. The yard is rather big and there aislots of space to relax and enjoy nature. The area is quite and the neighbors are good.
