House with 4 Bedrooms and 3 baths. Three bedrooms on Main Level and One bedroom on Basement Level. Dining Rm, Kitchen, Laundry Room. and Enclosed Deck. Rent includes all utilities including cable TV. You must provide your own Food and Toiletries. All housemates will have their personal microwave and their own full size Refrigerator. The available furnished Room is Located on the main level.
I am a married retired senior and our living quarters are on the lower level. We are the owners of the property.
This Bedroom is available now. The Room is fully furnished with a Full Bedroom Set including a Desk. You will share a Bathroom with a semi-retired 64 year old female. You will also have your own Personal Full Size Refrigerator and Microwave. There will also be a wall mounted Television.
This is a pleasant, clean, quiet, no drama household.
