Room : The room is a large quiet private room with a king size bed, carpet, large window, dressers, mirrors and a desk. The room also has a large closet, Smart TV, WiFi and high speed internet, ceiling fan with central a/c and heat, and a air purifier. Other shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room , living room with 52“ Smart TV with surround sound. There is also a covered patio directly outside the front door with a table and chairs, a sofa, refrigerator, lights, fans and tropical plants and Orchids. There are also tropical gardens throughout the backyard along with a covered horticultural work station. Everything is within walking distance Publix, restaurants, CVS, Lake Eola downtown Orlando.

I am the only other roomie at this address and as for myself I am quiet, respectful, very clean, I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, cuss, I don’t take illegal drugs and no aggressive behavior. I have 2 orange cats who are well behaved and do not go outside.
