A mile to ALDERWOOD MALL, few steps to BUS STOP and 1&half miles to Lynnwood Transit Center going to University of Washington, EDCC, Edmonds, Boeing, Mukilteo, Everett, Shoreline, Mill Creek, Bothell, Kirkland, Bellevue, Renton, Downtown Seattle, etc.

MOVE IN REQUIREMENT $1000 PLUS $500 DEPOSIT. $300 WILL BE REFUNDABLE if no damages/cleaned, 2 weeks notice and with at least (3) months stay.

All utilities, very fast Internet and cable included in the rent.

DEFINITELY NO PETS ALLOWED and NO PARTY ALLOWED. No overnight guest allowed. For International or out of State visiting relatives (immediate family) ask Landlord permission and discuss arrangement each time.

Refrain from being loud in respect to other renter/s who might still be sleeping with different work shift schedule. No curfew but please follow house rules and help maintain cleanliness.
