Hello! I have a room for rent and $1000 with a $150 non-refundable deposit. Pets are fine! The other roommate is a guy that works out of the home nights. He has no pets. The room is unfurnished. There is a extra storage closet in the kitchen for anything else. 1 full bathroom (shared) with a half bathroom in the kitchen.
