We are looking for someone to fill a room in our house about a mile from Powderhorn. It has a fully fenced in backyard, dishwasher and laundry in the basement. The room is all yours and has it’s own patio door into the backyard and you share the bathroom with one other person. We’re hoping for someone to move in June/July. The room is $675 per month and utilities split 4 ways (typically between $80-120, higher in winter). Who we are looking for: someone looking to create a cozy space and a sense of community, would love to have another queer roommate. We are looking open and honest communication. Definitely no more cats, might be flexible for the right dog.

Lee: 26(they/them) I work in aquatics and love all things gaming both board and video games. I’m currently working on turning the basement into a place to host D&D. I’ve been married to Emi for just over a year!

Emi:25(they/she) I teach swim lessons and enjoy hanging out with my beautiful spouse and dog. I love cooking, watching movies, reading and crafting.

Gamma: 33 (they/he) transmasc, I work as a freelance scenic artist. I’m learning to play the acoustic guitar and I recently got a 10 gallon aquarium with shrimp and snails that I enjoy taking care of and watching while I sip my tea.
