About the room
The View at Pembroke room. You would replace a female who is no longer living there. We (the original lease holder) will pay $129 per month, and you will pay $400 per month for the remainder of this lease through 7/16/2026. This private room with it’s own bathroom normally leases for $529 per month. FEMALE only.
You must fill out paperwork at The View at Pembroke office and get approved to lease the apartment. We cannot sublease to you. We will send you an official letter of agreement that we will pay $129 per month for your lease through mid July 2026 if you are approved to lease this room.
You must ask to lease room 534-C. This does not apply to any other room. First person who gets their lease signed gets the room for this great price!

Three other females, all with their own rooms and own bathrooms. Students at UNC Pembroke.
