Looking for safe, stable, supportive housing? We offer a family-style Independent Living Housing Program with room and board, structure, community, and peace.

TEMPORARY HOUSING SUPPORT (1–6 MONTHS, ONE-TIME ONLY)

If you have:

• IEHP, Molina, or Kaiser
• Low income (SSI/SSDI/limited income)
• A recent medical condition
• Take regular medication
• A recent ER or hospital visit (1–6 months)

You MAY qualify for a one-time temporary housing support benefit through your health plan:

• Covers 1–6 months of housing
• Short-term only (not long-term or permanent)
• Not guaranteed; eligibility depends on your health plan
• Free confidential screening available

WHAT’S INCLUDED (ROOM AND BOARD)

• 3 meals a day (Meal plan additional $200 per month)
• All utilities included
• High-speed WiFi
• Furnished bedrooms and living spaces
• TVs in rooms with Netflix/cable access
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishware and cookware
• Extra refrigerator space
• On-site washer and dryer
• Toiletries and cleaning supplies provided
• Weekly common-area cleaning
• Routine pest control
• Adult-size beds (no bunk beds)
• Safe, quiet neighborhoods near stores and transit
• Off-street parking
• On-site storage
• On-site house manager for support
• We celebrate birthdays, holidays, and milestones
• Family-style environment built on peace, love, and respect

RATES

• Shared Room: $850/month
• Private Room: $1,600/month
• Temporary housing support may help cover costs for 1–6 months if eligible
