To reserve the room, a $500 security deposit is required.

Once your stay is confirmed:

If you plan to stay only one month, the $500 deposit will be sufficient.

If you plan to stay longer than one month, the security deposit must equal one full month of rent ($1,100).

In that case, after the initial $500 reservation deposit, the remaining $600 must be paid to complete the full deposit.

The room will only be considered officially reserved once the $500 deposit has been received.
