Hey there! We’re looking for a single female roommate to join our home near 104th & Tower in the beautiful Reunion neighborhood. It’s a spacious 5 bed / 3 bath house, and we currently have a private 12x10 room available upstairs. The bathroom is shared with just one other person. There is a dog in the house as well.

The house has a cozy shared living room and kitchen, plus an in-home washer and dryer for convenience. The vibe here is friendly, respectful, and laid-back — we like to keep things clean and comfortable for everyone. The dog is kept downstairs in the living areas, nowhere near the individual rooms (upstairs). He is very friendly and loves people!

Bonus: as a Reunion resident, you’ll get free access to the rec center with a gym and pool!

My sister and I decided to buy this house with the purpose of renting. There are currently four of the five bedrooms occupied in the house — there is one couple living here (in the master bedroom) and the rest are all single females.

We’re all in our 20s and pretty easygoing! Everyone works during the week and we’re all motivated, hardworking, and supportive of each other’s goals. The vibe in the house is friendly, respectful, and welcoming — we love keeping a positive, comfortable environment at home.

Bubba (the house dog) is also a part of the home. He is a 3 year old American Bully. Bubba is the biggest baby one could ever meet! Always welcomes you home and respects the upstairs area, where your room and bathroom would be. He has his own room, so his crate and bowls are hidden away from any guests.
