The house is a 3 bed 1 bath ranch style home on a corner lot. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and a 7 min walk to the Max Blue line and about 15 min to other bus lines. We have a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The room for rent is unfurnished and the pictues are for size reference the bed shown is a queen. There is a lock on the door with a keypad. There are 2 dogs here both sweeties both neutered males.

I am a 36yo tech for a hospital in clackamas, I love all things creative and artistic. I have many hobbies and I am still learning about myself. The other person is a 50’s professional that mostly keeps to herself.
