The lease is currently month-to-month. $750 per month. Most of our tenants have stayed for over a year.

2 shared bathrooms (one up and one downstairs). The main one you’ll be using is downstairs. There is lots of cabinet space and a shower area for your belongings.

June (prorated) and July rent would be required on move-in along with the security deposit.

$200 deposit (refund of $100).

Rent is due on the 28th of each month. We accept Venmo (preference) and/or bank check.

5 people total in the house.

2 gentlemen downstairs, one is my son (25) and a tenant (50s).

3 ladies upstairs (my girlfriend (37), great-niece (3), and myself (42)).

3 dogs (1 big and 2 medium). No other animals are allowed.
