A four bedroom, two bathroom house right by a highschool with a large fenced in yard including a built in grill. The bathroom is situated right between the three bedrooms and will be shared. Includes laundry (washer and dryer), two refrigerators, a treadmill in the garage. We also have shutters for hurricane season. (which at the moment are still up in the rooms until the season fully passes) Our property also has a septic tank, so no flushing anything down the toilet. (Also I know the pictures of the room are currently furnished, but again my sister is still moving a few things out and should have everything out by the end of the month, we are just looking for someone in the mean time! <3) If you’d like to contact me about any questions in regards to property feel free to, I tend to be awake between 9am-11pm and I should be free to answer a call if not I’ll message you back as soon as possible!

Me and my mom have been living here a few years now and my sister has recently moved out to start her own family and we now have more space than we know what to do with. I personally work from home and I am home pretty much 24/7, I tend to keep to myself and stay in my room most of the time so you probably won’t see much of me unless I’m working out in the garage or making food. My mom goes out for work, she’s a bit chatty and a bit of clean freak about a few things but overall wonderful woman. We also currently have 3 cats, soon to be 2 as one of them is my sisters and she is just waiting to bring him to her new home as she is still in the process of getting a few things sorted in her place. One cat is very friendly and loves everyone she meets (she may bother you for pets but thats about it) and the other is more shy and scarce around new people, but he’s a real sweetheart , neither have any biting or scratching at people problems and are up to date on their shots.
