Bedroom measures a little over 15ftx12ft. It is currently used as a gym until someone moves in. Private bedroom in a quiet neighborhood (Woodlawn) just outside downtown NYC. It is the first stop on the 4 train, less than a 10 minute walk to the metro north, as well as a 5 minute bus ride to the 2 and 5 trains. There is also a 65“ TV in the room, which can be used by whoever moves in. TOTAL price for everything (rent, electric, water, utilities, etc.) is under $500 every month because it is rent controlled. I am very considerate of anyone around me, as I would hope they’d be back, as well as extremely quiet and to myself. If you need anything though I am perfectly fine helping. I like things to be very clean, what you do with your own space is fine as long as it doesn’t effect mine at all. I will keep any shared spaces clean as well.
