This is a large, south-facing bedroom in a 2 bedroom downtown condo. The bedroom has an attached bathroom.

The rest of the unit is fully furnished, including a full kitchen.

The location is within walking distance to all major areas in Downtown Austin (6th street, Rainey, East side, and an ~15 minutes walk to the west side). You can drive, but you likely won’t need to. The main living area has fantastic views of Downtown Austin.

Lease term can be flexible. In some situations, it is possible to arrange for a furnished room if necessary.

I work in Software Engineering at a small research-focused startup in Downtown Austin. More specifically, I work to ensure that our engineering teams are utilizing appropriate best practices, and are appropriately supported in order to accomplish their individual goals will minimal overhead.

When not at work, I am typically doing personal research on a variety of topics, listening to podcasts, working on personal projects, or watching TV. Occasionally I will try to play the guitar (not well), or cook something new.
