$850 /month including utilities, electricity and internet are split evenly three ways. shared bathroom with one other person, shared common areas and w/d in unit! room is in Beaumont Grand Apartments and it includes access to the gym, package concierge and a small tennis court!
looking for someone who is respectful, and responsible. since there are already two cats, no pets please.
