About the room
All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in this lovely, furnished room with private bath on Norbeck Road in Rockville, MD. Off-street parking is included. We are easy-going housemates with spacious kitchen availability, your own refrigerator, and sharing of living room, library, and deck. Included is your own office space on the lower level. Convenient to MD 200, Rockville Pike, NIH, Georgia Avenue, Wheaton, Olney, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, and Silver Spring. Laundry is available on the same floor. Perfect for business professionals, NIHers, and students. We are neat freaks, so you must be neat and clean. We have three little dogs, so you must love dogs! Lower-level gym facilities are available because the owner is a yoga and Pilates instructor.
