This is a drug-free, pets-free, and drama free home. We would like to share this beautiful house with you. The house is centrally located in the Orange country. It gives you the convenience of enjoying anything the county has to offer—the beach, Hikes, restaurants, Southcoast Plaza, The fashion Island, Tera Bella, Disneyland, OC airport…

The room was fully furnished with a queen bed, a desk, a chair, and a six-draw dresser. The walk-in closet gives a plenty of room for your clothing and personal belongs. You will have your own private bathroom which has a standing alone shower and white sink vanity.

You will have the access to the full size laundry, kitchen, and the community pool.

Street parking is free. Optional community or garage parking is subject to a fee.

We are looking for someone in between 20s~40s who is clean, respectful working professional or a full time student. Vegan and vegetarian welcome. Light cooking preferred. ONE SINGLE occupancy.

Applicants need to provide proof of income and background check. Lease term: flexible
