Yes, if the listing is active, the room is available. 4BR/2.5BA home about 1 mile from Bahama Breeze, Best Buy, and tons of restaurants and shops. Location, location, location — close to everything: food options, farmers markets, Home Depot, and more! The home will have a maximum of 4 roommates (all female). Shared bathroom (it will be shared by 2). The washer and dryer will be shared by everyone. We’ll assign a weekly time slot for each person to use them.

We have one spare parking space in the driveway, and street parking isn’t allowed in the evenings. So whoever arrives last will need to park in the clubhouse parking lot, which is the designated evening parking area for the subdivision.

We require ID verification before sharing the address for a showing. I’ve completed mine as well, for your peace of mind.
