About the room
Rent a private bedroom 10’5”X13’9” with a 8’10”x2’7” closet. 166sqft total. The bathroom is shared with one other renter. The house is 2,177sqft four level split floor plan. The family room, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, patio and backyard are shared with all the housemates. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac, bordered by many trees, near Carver Lake Park. Near hwy 494 and Lake Road.
No pets, no smoking.
Our family of 4 occupies the bedrooms on the top floor. We have a female housemate who has a room on the walkout basement level. We are looking for someone who would like to rent a newly completed basement bedroom with a spacious closet and brand-new carpet.
About the roomies
Our family is a couple in our 30s with two upper elementary school kiddos. Our housemate is a single female who has an elementary school son who stops by from time to time. We extend an inclusive welcome for people of all identities to inquire about living with us. We hope to have housemates that would like to share a meal together every so often so we can get to know each other.
