• Financial Cap: No partner will pay more than $400 per month. The total combined monthly cost (loan, insurance, site fees, utilities, maintenance, etc.) will be split equally and cannot exceed $400 multiplied by the number of total people.

• Propane Costs: Propane is always a separate cost and is not included in the $400 monthly cap, unless other shared costs are lower than expected. Propane costs must be split equally, and we will do everything we can to keep it low.

• Cost Transparency: All major costs are split equally among all partners.

2. A Home You Help Choose

• Input is Encouraged: I encourage your input on picking out a camper and suggesting upgrades/modifications so we can select a home that better fits all our needs.

• Privacy & Shared Space: Each person will have a private sleeping area (door or heavy curtain). The shared bathroom will also function as a mudroom when unoccupied (wet gear goes in the shower until dry).

3. Built-In Expertise & Security

• Skills & Expertise: I am extremely versatile with a hands-on skill set including mechanics, construction, electrical, plumbing, etc. I am willing to teach everything I know to my partners.

• Short-Term Interests: I am interested in making sure we are able to avoid problems due to utility outages and continue to reduce costs along with having a happy life.

Guaranteed Maintenance: My skills ensure the camper is kept in good working order. I will share maintenance logs and expect the tow vehicle to be equally maintained and documented.

Logistics and Requirements

• Partner Requirement: I am seeking 1 to 3 female partners only.

• Commitment: Minimum one-year commitment, with a possible plan for 3–5 years.

• Towing Requirement: The partnership will require at least one partner to have a 3/4-ton or 1-ton truck capable of towing the camper, OR the partnership must commit to a fixed, long-term location.
