This is a private room in a 2 bed 2 bath home. Right now the room is being used for storage. There is plenty of space for a full-queen bedroom suite. There is a small closet in the room as well. You do have a private bathroom but it is not connected. You have free use of majority of the property excluding my room. Currently in the room is a dresser, and mattress from previous roommate.

I am the only roomate. I primarily work during the day and have week night and weekends off. I do stay home often but there are times I will be gone for entire weekends. I would prefer to live with someone I get along with since this is where I like to relax and rewind. Let’s set up a time to talk over drinks of any kind or we can chat on the phone or video call.
