Lease takeover for a one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in Astoria off of Ditmars Blvd for $1320 a month. This lease goes until August 2020 with option for renewal. Security deposit due at signing. 2nd floor walk up. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the NW train and a 15 minute train ride to the 59th and Lex stop in Manhattan. It is surrounded by awesome restaurants and bars, and multiple grocery stores are in easy walking distance. I’d like someone to move in around December 1st, but I have some flexibility.

The room is large, can easily fit a queen size bed (see pictures) with plenty of space for a night stand, dresser and a desk. I am willing to leave the bedroom furniture for no additional cost. The living room has beautiful exposed brick, the kitchen has new appliances, granite countertops, and a dishwasher. Laundry in building.

You’ll be living with the best roommate I have ever lived with (and I’ve lived with many). She is a young professional who is responsible, clean, funny, and respects your space. She is looking for a young female professional who is also responsible and clean. She is LGBTQ friendly. She would prefer no pets.
