Plenty of sun from the 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows, new appliances, hard wood floors, easy access to beltway-8 and I-10, safe neighborhood, lots of nearby restaurants, shopping etc. Next to City Centre and plenty of shopping, quiet, peaceful complex w/ people out doors most hours of the day, but not loud.

WFH, got a puppy and a cat. Previously a bar manager, so fairly social but I mostly stay in my room or at the gym. Don’t make a lot of noise except for on cleaning days. Easy to get along with if you’re neither a slob or overly fastidious. Have plenty of male and female references over the last 10 years.
