This unique double room consists of a bedroom and a connected private den with a door separating them. Photos included. They each have a window and lighted ceiling fan. Rent is $850 + deposit. Utilities and other house expenses are included in your rent payment. All negotiable. It is available for move-in sometime in March.

If needed, a full/queen bed can be provided. Also a dresser and desk.

The house is in a good neighborhood on Myers Dr off Sulphur Springs and by Northfield near Memorial Blvd. It’s right by 2 churches if that interests you.

The house has all hard flooring except for carpet on the stairs. It has central air/heat. There is a full kitchen and living room on the main level for everyone to use. There is a private fenced yard and a back deck.

I live downstairs and I’m 49. The other downstairs roommate is 44, laid back and keeps to himself in his room nearly all the time or is at work. He has a cat that is nearly always in his room.

Everyone does a good job cleaning up after themselves and we are looking for the same in new roommates. This is not a party house and we don’t want a lot of traffic in & out. We enjoy our privacy and a respectful environment. We are looking for responsible, friendly and considerate roommates. Would be great if we all became friends and had fun laughing and hanging out once in a while… but no pressure at all.

It is preferred that there are no more pets but it’s negotiable. Sorry, no dogs.

No smoking, no drugs nor regular drunken alcohol use. Cannabis outside is fine.

Prefer aged 25+ but all ages over 21 welcome to apply.
