I have a room available . It’s a beautiful house and a clean room. Not far from the mountains, or Bellingham. I work a lot and don’t usually get home till six o’clock, so i’m hardly ever here. I just need someone who’s dependable and easy going, as I have too much room for my needs at the moment. Full kitchen with a partially shared bathroom as my kids are here every other weekend. Mostly new appliances, including laundry with a freshly remodeled bathroom. Parking out front and storage in the garage If you need it. I’m not opposed to couples, but it has to be the right couple. I’d like to do a three month lease, And then go month to month after that. Must be completely dependable, easy to get along with, and ok with kids. They’re easygoing, teens, and only here every other weekend, and we have our own space upstairs. So we shouldn’t bug you at all. Please no alcoholics or drug addicts, altho Trees are ok outside 😉

Right now it’s just me, but my brother will be moving here in a few months. I do have 2 laid back teenage kids who are here every other weekend, but were usually off fishing or doing something.
