About the room
Great House with lots of room inside and out! We’ve got a pool in the back yard that’s open in the summertime and there’s a public park out our back gate. The Basement apartment is spacious (about 900sf) with its own private bathroom and shower. Lots of outside area for gardening, kids playing and great, friendly neighbors. Close to Field Elementary School.
About the roomies
I am 38 year old single mom of two fun little boys 4 and 8 years old. I have them 50% of the time. We like to get outside a lot, do home workouts, garden and cook! Kids love to do crafts and scooter/roller skate around the block. Neighbor kids are often playing in the street and our road feels very safe.
