Hello! I am looking for someone to take my lease as soon as December 1st until the end of August. (very easy to extend if you’d like!) Rent is $724 a month plus electricity. The apartment building is mainly students, so it is set up like student housing, but you don’t have to be a student to live here. It is a 4-bedroom apartment, and leases are all individual, so you don’t rely on roommates for rent. The apartments come nicely furnished with a shared living room, kitchen, dining table, and 2 bathrooms.
You would be living with 3 really sweet females, all 19 years old! They are all sophomores at Portland State University.
