Renting out 1 private room and bathroom in a 2/2 condo. The bathroom does have laundry facilities, so that would be shared but I am respectful and will create a schedule for laundry so as not to disturb your privacy and space. The room is 11’x12” and is currently unfurnished, but I can help to furnish it if that is needed. The community has large outdoor pool and tennis courts. Walking distance to grocery, dining and 3 public parks. Less than a mile from I-95. 15 minutes from the beach. 10 minutes from the stadium. Large screened in porch. Large living room. Everything in the unit is brand new including flooring, drywall, cabinets, sinks, counters, lighting, toilets, showers and closet fixtures.
I have a 13 year old retired service animal (German Shepherd), so liking dogs is a bonus. I have a regular cleaning schedule and vacuum twice weekly, but inevitably there will be some amount of dog hair. He is trained not to go into the second bedroom, so he would never go into your space and mostly sleeps all day.
I have lived with roommates in some form or another my entire adult life and am very conscientious and respectful. I am very neat and tidy and prefer someone who also wants a neat and tidy living space with minimal to no clutter. I work full time in the sports industry. I’m remote 60% of the time(working from home) and travel 40% of the year. I also spend 2-3 months each year in Michigan with family or on family trips. So you would likely have the place to yourself fairly often. I’m very introverted and keep to myself, so most of my time at home will be spent in my room. I walk several miles a day, and prefer to spend my weekends at the beach or at baseball games or concerts, so you won’t see much of me on nights and weekends. I am big on boundaries, so I will never enter your room without invitation or use your things. I prefer to grocery shop and prepare meals separately and will allocate kitchen cabinet and fridge/freezer space.
