Hello. I’m a 34-year-old female working professional looking for a roommate to share my home in Ardmore. It’s a 3-bedroom, 1 bath, 2-story duplex with a great backyard and a shared driveway. I prefer a female but will consider a male. The place is fully furnished except for the rooms you will be in. I can move some stuff around to accommodate small items and artwork. You get 2-rooms one for your bed and the other is like a large walk-in closet. We have storage in the attic and in the basement. The lease is one year then moves to a month to month with a 60-day notice. Rent is $625 + utilities. The landlord requires first with a security deposit of $1,250 to move in. I require a $250 deposit for the utilities. All of which you get back at the end. No smoking in the house, no pets. I am a very neat and organized person. I expect the same from my potential roommate.

The location is great, a 10-minute WALK to Ardmore Music Hall. Just minutes away from the main drag of Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore, 5-10 minute walk to the regional rail and route 100 line (Ardmore Junction), plus a 5-10-minute drive from Havertown/Upper Darby, and the Villanova exit off I-476, 20-30 minutes to any part of Philly.
