This upstairs bedroom has a closet, 2 windows, a lighted ceiling fan and window air conditioner for extra cooling. There is a desk, chair and area rug available to use. It is $750 a month + deposit. All utilities and other house expenses are included in your rent payment. Available for move-in April 2026.

The house has all hard flooring except for carpet on the stairs. It has central air/heat. There is a full kitchen and living room on the main level for everyone to use. There is a private fenced yard and a back deck.

The house is centrally located and in a good neighborhood on Myers Dr off Sulphur Springs and by Northfield near Memorial Blvd. It’s right by 2 churches if that interests you. It’s about 8 minutes to downtown (less than 3 miles). About 4 miles (10 minutes) northwest of MTSU.

I am a 49 year old woman and live downstairs. The other downstairs roommate is 44, laid back and keeps to himself in his room nearly all the time or is at work. He has a cat that stays in his room almost exclusively.

Everyone does a good job cleaning up after themselves and we are looking for the same in new roommates. This is not a party house and we don’t want a lot of traffic in & out. We enjoy our privacy and a respectful environment. We are looking for responsible, friendly and considerate roommates. Would be great if we all became friends and had fun laughing and hanging out once in a while… but no pressure at all.

Sorry, no pets.

No smoking, no drugs nor regular drunken alcohol use. Cannabis outside is fine.
