(URGENT) I’m a friendly student in my late 20s looking to team up with a couple of like-minded people to rent a 2 or 3-bedroom apartment in or around Vallejo (American Canyon, Benicia, Fairfield, Concord, Martinez, Pinole, Hercules or nearby). P.S the pictures are one of the places I’m interested in (CURRENTLY AVAILABLE) & it’s located in Vallejo for $900 per room (comes with IN-UNIT) washer/dryer, pool, fitness center). Others include a 2 bed/1b Richmond apt for $1140 per room + utilities (it has multiple heated pools, sauna, tennis court, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, fitness center. Also a 2 Bed/1B in Fairfield for $1042 each room (comes with washer/dryer, full fitness center, indoor pools, sauna). If you are also looking for an additional person for your apartment and you can offer within this price range $833-$1200 (some wiggle room but not much), I may be interested if its in a nearby location. Please let me know! Im looking to move ASAP but to the right apt (prefer luxury, but good price point no more than $1000 per room preferably) i am flexible on move date though sooner would be better) There is one place in Vallejo/AC area, 3 bed, for around $2334 which would be low income, (and come out to $778 each) I need 2 people with low income for that. It does have a gym, heated pool, and dog park.

Most of the places I’m checking out are around $2,700–$3,200 total, so about $833–$1,200 each plus utilities. Many have nice amenities like:
