Your room will have a walk in closet and will be a large room you also have your own bathroom. We stay in the master bedroom, we have no curfew, we dont party, we dont smoke or have pets other then some ESA pigeons which we keep outside on the patio. We ask that you clean up after yourself. You have a food storage area in the kitchen for dry food, and will be allowed to use our computer office for printing or work as a privilege. Theres free parking and lastly, we are a understanding couple and look to have someone long term in our home, it will be a 12 month contract as you be added to the lease.

Keep in mind we both work full time and usually come home around 3 to 6pm soo you have alot of time to yourself. The apartment is close to a great work hub, grocery stores are within walking distance, and the apartment complex as a gym and sauna, and business room. Community is lovely and not as noisy.

Jason: Im a full time security guard, and im also in the national guard as a 92Y unit supply specialist, im also a artist and author for the webcomic series Dimensionlock, I love pigeons and watching anime and horror movies, and sometimes I game, I do not smoke or drink much other then the occasional celebratory situation. Im social and I do love to adventure and go hiking time to time, And fly to the Philippines.

Rygen Ann: I just immigrated from the Philippines to the usa, I work full time as a electric assembler, and I love birds, Im into k dramas, love music, and anime and true crime, for my hobbies I draw commissions and game time to time, I do not drink, smoke or party and im more to myself but eventually once I know someone I engage and love to socialize.
