Located in Sun City—2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1,150 sq ft total. Room newly painted and carpeted. Bathroom outside the entrance to your room has Safe Step jacuzzi tub and hand-held shower option as well as overhead raindrop shower. The bathroom will not be shared. Use of laundry room inside house included. Room has daybed (twin size) and storage coffee table (has lift-top so can function as desk or worktop. If preferred, I can swap out the daybed (twin size) for a queen size. The location is 1/2 mile from main clubhouse and 3/4 miles from main gate. Internet access and tv & cable available free through spectrum. Tenants must provide personal info to register with HOA, then access to all amenities of the development are open once they issue ID card.
