About the room

Upstairs large bedroom in a family home. Shared kitchen/laundry. Room has an apt size fridge, air fryer, microwave. Bathroom is in the hallway. Furnished room but you’re welcome to bring your own things. You will be sharing the house with my son and I and occasionally my grandson will come and play and spend the night. We have a big back yard with an above ground pool you’re welcome to share.

**Room is rented right now but you’re welcome to come visit and take a look.

About the roomies

Quiet. Outside of town. Easy access to EKU and I75 for Lexington commute (I work in Lexington) No pets..we have a dog and outside cats. Great for college student or travel RN.
