This is a brand new apartment in a complex that was just built. It’s right at the edge of downtown. The room is private with a spacious closet. The bathroom is shared. Females only please. Would be available Dec 1. Rent does include internet and cable! Rent does not include utilities and water which usually come out to $30/$40 each. The gym in the complex is brand new. There is an assigned parking spot in a gated garage. Everything requires a key fob so it is a safe and secure complex.

Apartment would be shared with two other young professionals. Both have full time jobs and are clean, respectful, and quiet. 2 dogs and one cat already in apartment so no additional pets please.
