A three story townhouse, 2100 square feet, in a quiet townhome community in Hazel Dell. It is within 15 minutes of Washington State University Vancouver, Clark College and downtown Vancouver. Bus lines are near the home as well. On the first floor you will find a garage and media room. Second floor has the kitchen, dining room, living room and a half bath. Third floor has all three bedrooms, a full bath and washer/dryer. There is some storage space in various closets throughout the house. Bathroom will be shared with one other roommate once both rooms are filled. All amenities included! The house has high speed Comcast wifi, fire sticks, a PlayStation 4 and an Xbox one S. There is also a record player on the main floor but it is out of order currently.

About the roomies

Hi everyone! My name is Dan and I currently occupy the primary bedroom on the third floor. I have a 4 pound chihuahua named Dean who loves everyone and doesn’t bark. I am a very active person and tend to be out of the house quite often, whether it’s hanging/going out with friends, the gym, riding my motorcycle, my photography, playing MTG with friends or just being active in general. I am easy going, friendly, communicative, very clean and respectful of others and their space. I currently work as a security officer at a local community college in the area and have been doing that for almost ten years now.

I am looking for roomies who are communicative and respectful of the house and others. I ask that you be clean and clean up after yourself, especially in the community areas like the kitchen. I am only looking for single individuals at this time, the house cannot accommodate couples in one bedroom. Pets will be on a case by case basis but no large dogs.
