I’m easygoing and value cleanliness, communication, and mutual respect. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, shared or private, depending on what works best for you. I’m looking for female roommates who are responsible, considerate, and comfortable living in a home with children, which included have some toys laying around sometimes. Keep shared areas clean - tidy up after yourself in the kitchen, living room, and laundry. Guests - short visits are okay; overnight stays need prior approval. No parties or game nights. Non-Smoking (No Vaping & No Cannabis ), drugs, firearms, or heavy drinking. Respect privacy, we have zero tolerance for invading others’ space. No pets. No drama. No parties or game nights. Good vibes only! Communication, kindness, and respect keep the home peaceful. Deposits & Length: First month’s rent and a security deposit are required. I’m more focused on finding the right roommate than locking someone into a long lease, so I’m flexible. Month-to-month is fine with 30 days’ notice.
