The room is large, and secluded from the others in the home. The bathroom is ensuite. The home is quite spacious (2700 sq ft), with a large kitchen and living area, and a backyard that feels secluded with amazing sunset views. The home is perfectly situated central to the Triangle, near RTP within a minute to I40 and I540, so easy to get anywhere. And the community has tennis courts and a pool.

Utilities are estimated at $60/month which is the long term average. This includes internet.

We are all working professionals. We are respectful and tidy and are looking for someone who can communicate well and be considerate of others. We mostly keep to ourselves and are pretty busy with work.
