About the room

I live in a large historic home from 1913, in downtown Wendell. The room available is on the first floor, has a non functional fireplace, closet, 2 built in shelves, and plenty of space as it’s one of the larger rooms in my house. I do have 2 full size beds in that room, and a dresser, all available to use, or bring your own furnishing.

Laundry on premises is only accessible to me as it is through my bedroom, so you would have to use a laundromat.

About the roomies

I’m a single mom living my best life. I purchased my house 6 years ago. I love to cook and bake, so I do a lot of both and am happy to share. I keep my house very tidy and peaceful.
