Private bathroom. Shared kitchen and laundry with 1 year old front load washer and dryer with app available to see when laundry is ready to move! Farm-ette style home with 6 acres of woods to roam if you so choose! Firepit outside. Bedroom and bathroom for rent are located on the second floor, must be ok with stairs. Pets are possible and evaluated on case-by-case basis. No one with cat allergies, so sorry but current resident has 2 indoor cats. Close to shopping, grocery stores, Butler Memorial Hospital, and more! Additional storage space available in the basement for an additional monthly fee.

Currently just the owner lives here, I love to garden and ride my horse. Looking for someone who is relatively low-key, guests are fine but I also like my quiet time so I’m not into parties every weekend or anything.
