One private unfurnished room for rent available in a 3 bedroom townhouse. The home is warmly decorated, cozy and clean.

All utilities are included in the monthly cost of $850.

Move-in requires any prorated rent for the current month plus the full next month’s rent paid upfront prior to move-in.

The room isn’t huge but will comfortably fit a full-sized bed and furniture. The house has 1.5 bathrooms, and we would share the bathroom that has the bath/shower.

There’s a nice sitting area on the back deck, and an unfinished basement with plenty of storage space. Shared kitchen, living room, washer & dryer, and all appliances. I also have plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to share.

I also have a nice furnished bedroom that would be available as a short-term rental for 2-3 months (for traveling nurses, students, etc.)

I’m a responsible, considerate, and professional 38 y/o female and I live a quiet, peaceful lifestyle. I’m easy to get along with and communicate well.

I have two cats who are very sweet, but I can’t accept other pets.
