Room for Rent – Month‑to‑Month Lease Located in a peaceful, well‑kept neighborhood near Donnerville and Stoney Battery Rd, with easy access to Route 30 and a nearby bus line. The room includes shared access to the kitchen, dining room, laundry room. Bathroom Use: You will have primary use of the main first‑floor bathroom. I may use it occasionally as needed, and it will also be used by my guests when they visit, since it is the most convenient bathroom on that level. Utilities Included: Electric, water, sewer, trash, and internet. I’m looking for a respectful, trustworthy, and tidy housemate who values a clean and quiet home. I apologize, however, I cannot accommodate smoking of any kind, indoors or outdoors. If alcohol use is a daily or heavy routine for you, this home will not be a good fit.
