About the room

I have a large furnished room in 3 bedroom 2300 sq. ft. home. Female preferred but open to the right person. Home is in the gated community of Indian Springs Ranch off River Road. It’s a great neighborhood for walking if you enjoy a peaceful setting. Near Toro Park, Ford Ord hiking trails and Highway 68. 10 minutes to CSUMB and Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital, about 15 minutes to Natividad Hospital and about 15-20 minutes to the state prison. Kitchen and laundry access and plenty of driveway parking. No smoking, drugs, pets or overnight guests. All utilities included. Month to month lease but prefer someone longer term. Shared bathroom with another busy female.

Looking for a respectful and trustworthy person who will treat the space as their own. Ideal person will be dependable, tidy, considerate, and responsible.

Must be ok with pets as I have a French bulldog.

Across River Road, there is a convenience store, gas station and Mo’s River Road Grill Restaurant. Easy access to everything you may need. Easy drive to Marina, Monterey, Carmel and Salinas.

About the roomies

I am a female working full time and take on side jobs when I can. I’ve been in the same profession for 29 years. I’ve owned my home since 2014 and have done a lot of work to get it where it is today.
