About the room
My current roommate is looking for someone to take over her part of the lease in a 3bd/2ba.
Base rent is $900/month but the apartment complex has fees (trash, building/amenity fees) and bills (water and sewer) through them that would make it about $100 more per month. Then, the electricity and internet bills (paid externally, not to the apartment complex) tend to be about $150-200 together per month (so, split that would add about $75-100 each). Altogether, this tends to average out to about $1,100 total per month.
The apartment is in Bellevue and is on the second floor (with vaulted ceilings). In addition to the room and hall bath that would be your own, the apartment has shared spaces: kitchen/living room.
Finally, the smallest “bedroom” was a shared office for a base rent of $1,000/month, with the other fees/utilities described above added to that instead. If you are interested in sharing office, let me know.
The complex has a pool and a gym as well. It is close to several grocery stores, restaurants, McKay’s etc.
I’ve lived in the complex for several years, and then my current roommate and I have been in this specific apartment for a little over a year.
Because this would be a lease takeover (the lease ends in October 2026), starting fees would include application and roommate add-on, with a background check through the apartment office (not through this website), etc. If conditionally approved, the apartment also has additional deposit requirements.
About the roomies
I work a 9-5 with a hybrid schedule. Therefore, I am home a fair amount, though I do enjoy being involved in local theater productions as well. The apartment already has cats, so we’re looking for someone who likes cats but doesn’t have animals of their own to take over her part of the lease.
