About the room
This is a nicely furnished manufactured home in a 55+ community with a heated pool. You will have a private master bedroom and private master bathroom. This home is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Washer and dryer included. The main living shared areas include kitchen, dining area, family room, lanai, storage area and covered parking. The park is near the Pinellas trail, shopping, beaches, restaurants and bus stop. Water, lawn maintenance and trash are included in rent. The roomie will pay half of the electric bill each month. There is a background check for all residents in the park. There is always something to do in Tarpon Springs such as events, festivals, fishing, kayaking, shopping, concerts, beaches, boating and the list goes on.
About the roomies
The current tenant of the other bathroom and bedroom has lived in the park for over a year and is very happy living here. She is an easy going, quiet, independent woman that keeps the home squeaky clean. She has a very friendly, small miniature schnauzer that she takes for lots of walks.
