This unit is a 3 bedroom 1 bath about 5 min drive from campus. The bedrooms are a good size along with a spacious living area.

The Apartment does have in-unit laundry (it is the only unit on the whole property with this amenity) and free parking.

All bills are covered with the exception of Water and Trash.

We do have pets living here, one cat and one lizard.

I am looking to find someone to move in ASAP and stay through at least December.

Included are empty photos of one of the bedrooms as well as photos of one bedroom filled to see how furniture fits in the space.

Kendra- I’m 22 years old, I spend a lot of time hanging out with my boyfriend or working, so I’m not home super often I love reading and going to concerts.

Tristan- 21 years old, Owner of said cat named Chip and also the Bearded Dragon named The Gay Agenda, He works a full time job so is gone a lot during the week.

We are both queer so it is definitely preferred that if you live here with us you’re not going to have a problem with that
